Monkey D. Garp is Luffy's estranged grandfather, and a Vice Admiral in the World Government's Marines, and spends most of his time attempting to track down and arrest the Straw Hat Pirates and Luffy himself! He is always seen in his Vice Admiral uniform which includes a cloak fastening with the Marines crest on it, which we have recreated here in necklace form. Limited to 2,023 worldwide, each unisex necklace comes on a chain, is individually numbered and measures 53 x 50 mm.
